Centralised Services Model
All TFE hotels are managed under a single highly centralised model. Functions that are not unique to a specific hotel are conducted from either the TFE Head Office or strategically located Regional Offices. We have a team of over 200 providing Centralised Services to our hotels based in Australia, New Zealand and Europe providing the following services:
- Administration, Finance and Accounting
- Sales and Marketing
- Revenue Management
- Human Resources
- Staff training and development
- Information Technology
Under the TFE Centralised model there is one single charge ensuring the model is efficient and effective, is easy to understand and transparent. Hotels owned, leased or managed by TFE all participate and benefit from our central service model. Non branded and franchised partners are able to select the services they need to drive performance in their hotels.
