With airport capacity increasing and the new master plan for Sydney Airport, Travelodge Sydney Airport will offer a convenient and great value option for business and leisure guests. The development, situated approximately 500m from the airport entrance, will consist of a 209-room hotel, 800-space car park and 5100sqm of commercial space will be located above the hotel. The new Vibe Hotel Hobart located in the Hobart CBD in Tasmania, is due for completion in 2018. The proposed hotel development will incorporate a ground floor of retail and hospitality space, four floors dedicated to commercial offices and ten floors for approximately 120 rooms and suites, with facilities including a pool, gym, restaurant and bar conferencing space. Designed by Richards & Spence Architects, the seven-storey hotel will comprise 178 rooms and suites with 2600sqm of retail and hospitality space. Subtropical in style, THE CALILE promises a resort feel in a city-fringe location with ground floor boutiques, restaurants and cafés linking to a podium level complete with pool, cabanas, a poolside restaurant, day spa, fitness centre, business centre and a function room for up to 300 seated guests.
TFE Hotels will operate a stunning new Adina Apartment Hotel in Sydney’s second biggest and fastest growing business and commercial district, Macquarie Park at North Ryde, for owner STARIN, a Sydney-based boutique fund manager that actively engages in prime commercial property of hotels and serviced apartments. STARIN’s Adina Apartment Hotel Macquarie Park designed by Group GSA, will offer sweeping views of Sydney’s city skyline from its 19 storeys and includes an infinity pool, gym and bar on the top floor. It will comprise 154 hotel apartments, a ground floor reception, café and bar with an outdoor area and conferencing. Construction is starting now with planned completion end of 2017.
