The Three Williams Café for amazing food or for a cool experience, you can’t go past The Grounds at Alexandria. (I love visiting Kevin Bacon – their resident pig)

I recently visited the newly re-opened ‘The Rose Hotel’ in Erskineville…. Their menu was epic! I can highly recommend the smoked Negroni !! AMAZING!

How does Sydney compare to places you’ve been around the world?
There is no place like home! Australia is my favourite place from a liveability aspect BUT I love nothing more than holidaying in new locations around the world; discovering the cities, meeting the locals and eating the food.
What does a day in your life look like?
No day is ever the same. Today I started by posting some social content and returning emails. I then went to the gym, visited my favourite Cryo therapy clinic (which I’m trialling for a collaboration) and then back home to work on my current article for the blog. I’m about to run out and pick up some clothes for a shoot over the weekend and then I’m off to a launch event tonight. Busy day but a whole lot of fun. I’ll always try and fit in some time to shoot around appointments, even flat lays or food.
Favourite place you have visited in Australia?
I’m a massive fan of Margaret River in WA. I visited for a friends wedding and made a 4 day weekend out of it. Great beaches, amazing vineyards and friendly locals. And most of the wineries have a vineyard dog – clearly they are great people!
Do you have any travel hacks that you can let us in on?
I always take a small bag of washing powder in my luggage – so handy to have if you need to wash something last minute. I never leave home for a trip with out it!
Number 1 tip for a restful flight?
Business Class! Ha, ha – kidding. I always wear stretchy sweat pants and ensure I have my noise cancelling headphones for those flights you end up surrounded by kids.
What do you love most about travelling and where is your favourite place to visit?
I love the idea of exploring somewhere completely new! Even if I have been to that part of the world before, there will always be something to discover. I love NYC! We visited last year for our honeymoon and I feel in love all over again! The city is amazing. Luckily my hubby is American, so a stint in the US may be on the cards one day……
What are 3 things that travel has taught you?
The importance of independence. I have travelled a lot on my own and I think it’s liberating! Of course travelling with a partner or friend is great but I think there is nothing better than travelling solo.
