Sitting on the first level of The Calile Hotel, Hellenika sprawls out onto the open-air patio and poolside cabanas. This is the second Hellenika restaurant to open, after the famous eatery on the Gold Coast. The menu created by Hellenika’s original chef Bryan Kelly features seared scallops with ouzo and butter and traditional veal dolmades. Yum!
Before you head to bed, make a stop at The Lobby Bar to enjoy a nightcap. Located on the pool level of the hotel, this beautifully designed bar has a wine list complemented by locally curated cocktails. With a cocktail in hand, this is the perfect end to a perfect day.
