Eligibility
- Do you have, a Degree in Business/Hotel Management or extensive hotel operations experience?
- Do you have a minimum of 12 months practical work experience within the hospitality industry?
- Do you have a demonstrated record of technical competence in the hospitality industry?
- Do you have a willingness and ability to work in a team environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to exceed customer service expectations?
- Do you have the flexibility to work rotating rosters, shifts, weekends and public holidays?
- Are you willing to relocate anywhere throughout your state or nationally pre or post the program?
- Are you an Australian/New Zealand citizen or possess Australian/New Zealand residency?
The Program
- 12 month program
- Full rotation across all hotel operations departments
- One-on-one mentoring with senior leaders
- 3 work based innovation projects
- Suite of professional development workshops
- Two intakes per year – January & August
