  • Do you have, a Degree in Business/Hotel Management or extensive hotel operations experience?
  • Do you have a minimum of 12 months practical work experience within the hospitality industry?
  • Do you have a demonstrated record of technical competence in the hospitality industry?
  • Do you have a willingness and ability to work in a team environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to exceed customer service expectations?
  • Do you have the flexibility to work rotating rosters, shifts, weekends and public holidays?
  • Are you willing to relocate anywhere throughout your state or nationally pre or post the program?
  • Are you an Australian/New Zealand citizen or possess Australian/New Zealand residency?

The Program

  • 12 month program
  • Full rotation across all hotel operations departments
  • One-on-one mentoring with senior leaders
  • 3 work based innovation projects
  • Suite of professional development workshops
  • Two intakes per year – January & August
