- To claim program rewards you must be a registered member of the ‘Events with Benefits’ program.
- ‘Events with Benefits’ membership is an individual and company membership which is non-transferable. If the member leaves the company, the membership is no longer valid.
- At the time of booking your conference, please ensure that your Events with Benefits membership number is stated in writing and the conference manager is informed. Should you not mention this at time of booking, member benefits shall not be applicable and rewards cannot be redeemed.
- Should a PCO book an event on behalf of a Corporate Company, the PCO receives the benefits and it is left up to their discretion to pass on the reward to client.
- Rewards valid for all new business confirmed and held from 1 Mar 2016 until 28 Feb 2017.
- Rewards and benefits are accumulated on the total bill ie conference and accommodation spend. Not applicable for convention, incentive block bookings, Christmas functions, Weddings & Social events.
- ‘Events with Benefits’ program is open to Industry and Corporate meeting and event planners.
- The program is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
- Rebate vouchers can’t be used in conjunction with other offers on the EWB program. If a rebate voucher is being redeemed at an event, EWB rewards will not apply.
- Program terms and conditions are subject to change.
- TFE Hotels reserve the right to modify or cancel the ‘Events with Benefits’ program at any time. Additionally, TFE Hotels may remove users from the program, should actions deem it necessary.
- Booker rewards are subject to change and availability.
- TFE Hotels credits can be used across participating hotels against total invoice and can’t be redeemed for cash or used against multiple events. The winner shall be notified by the 1st March 2017. Credits are valid for a six month period from the date of issue.
- Conference and booker rewards applicable in local currency and subject to change.
- Company and Booker Rewards will be issued within 30 days of each event, once payment has been received.
- Program applicable at participating hotels only.
- Program is valid to only Australian and New Zealand based companies.
- ‘Events with Benefits’ program valid till 28 Feb 2017.
