We have been operating in Australia and New Zealand for almost 60 years, and throughout that time we have prided ourselves on the rigorous standards we have in place for health and hygiene in our hotels.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we worked closely with our housekeeping and cleaning partners to deliver protocols in line with federal and state government regulations for Australia and New Zealand. We called this health and hygiene program, Clean Touch.
Now, in a world living with COVID-19, guest safety remains our priority and we will continue to do what we do best as hoteliers. We also commit to giving our guests greater visibility of what we do behind-the-scenes to keep them safe.

As a business, we have partnered with Diversey – a global leader in professional cleaning and hygiene solutions for more than 95 years. We are proud that Clean Touch uses Diversey products that are approved by the Australian Department of Health Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and by independent environmental health consultants for use against the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus.
