Located on the ground floor of the Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Chippendale, Twenty 8 Acres is a great place to meet friends for a bite to eat and a refreshing drink.
Twenty 8 acres cafe is the creation of Chefs Brendan Nolan and Adam Davis. Brendan and Adam worked for sometime together in the popular Darlinghurst haunt ‘Forbes and Burton’. They had a vision to create their own cafe with a heavy focus on fresh, seasonal produce and amazing coffee.
Virtually every item on the Twenty 8 Acres menu is made fresh and on the premises. At Twenty 8 acres, they pickle their own cucumbers, bake their own cakes and cure their own salmon.
Everything that they don’t make in house has been sourced locally or from boutique producers after extensive research and a few cheeky tastings. Their bread is delivered fresh daily from Bowan Island Bakery in Drummoyne, the coffee is provided by Numero Uno Coffee in Alexandria and their goat’s curd comes direct from the Meredith Dairy in Victoria.
