Do you have room with balcony?

Yes, all of our rooms above level 10 have a balcony.

There are two large double beds on family rooms. is 4 people allowed to stay there?

Our Family Rooms are designed to accommodate max 3 guests. For additional guests, simply advise reception on check-in.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Our on-site car park is located underneath the hotel, and can be accessed from West Coast Highway via the Hotel Driveway, or from the The Esplanade. Our car park fee is $25 per night for self parking and $35 per night for valet parking (multiple entry/exit). Electric Vehicle charging stations are also available. Please note there is a height restriction of 1.9m for our car park. For more information on car parking facilities, please reach out to our team at reception.

Does the hotel have an airport transfer or shuttle service?
