Vibe Hotel Rushcutters Sydney has taken out the award for Best Property 4.5 Stars & Under at the 2008 HM Awards held at Crystal Palace, Luna Park in Sydney on Thursday 14 August 2008.

The HM Magazine Awards are presented annually to showcase outstanding achievements within the hospitality and tourism industry across Australia, New Zealand and some South Pacific countries.

The award was a well-deserving win for Vibe Hotel Rushcutters, which is set in an excellent urban location with consistently polished service. Toga Hospitality established the four star full service Vibe Hotel brand in 2003 and currently have six hotels located in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast. The brand new Vibe Hotel Darwin is set to open in early 2009.

The award for Best Serviced Apartment Property was presented to Medina Grand Adelaide, which offers spacious and stylish apartment accommodation in the hub of Adelaide. The heritage listed hotel has maintained many of the original 19th Century architectural features and was the recipient of this award in 2005 and again in 2007 amongst a host of other prestigious awards.

According to Rachel Argaman, CEO of Toga Hospitality, “We are thrilled to once again be recognized for our team’s contributions to the industry, by the industry. The awards are testament to our team’s continued commitment to the consistency of our product and also the strength in our brands.”
