From 13 September to 12 October 2025, Commonwealth Park will once again burst into a kaleidoscope of colour, withover one million blooming flowers creating the ultimate springtime spectacle. This year’s theme, “Rhythms of Nature”,blends floral artistry with musical inspiration, transforming the park into a sensory journey filled with colour, sound andscent.
Every day offers something new: wander through vibrant garden beds set to curated soundtracks, take part in hands-ongardening workshops, indulge in fresh local flavours from pop-up food stalls, or paint your own garden gnome in acreative corner. From sunrise yoga sessions to expert talks and sustainable gardening tips, Floriade 2025 is bloomingwith opportunity.
Families will love the kid-friendly zones, bursting with activities and discovery trails for curious little minds. And forthose wanting a more enchanted experience, NightFest returns from 2–5 October, lighting up the park with spectacularinstallations, roving performers, live music, comedy and Canberra’s best street eats.
Even your four-legged friend can join in the fun on Dogs’ Day Out—the final day of the festival—when the blooms go tothe dogs (literally), and pets are welcomed with open paws.
