Each year, we also come together for our annual night of nights, Rise Together – a black tie occasion to highlight key business achievements, call out our superheroes, and recognise hotels and teams who continuously rise to the challenge and strive every day to deliver above and beyond our guest service promise. Whilst these are our formal celebrations, our team are encouraged to recognise and celebrate each other every day!

you need it most

We know that life can throw curveballs, often when we least expect it. Whilst we’re a close and supportive team, there’s some things that are best left to professionals. That’s why, we’ve partnered with an external provider to offer our Team Assistance Program (TAP) to give all team members and their immediate families a free, safe and confidential advice, support and counselling service. TAP can be a place where you consider how to get the most out of your career or relationships or how to manage the stresses of daily life. Help is just a phone call away!
