Our leadership

Our ACADEME programs give our best and brightest the support and training they need to make the most of whatever comes their way. Central to ACADEME are our two unique fast track programs which tie leadership development to real-life on the job experiences. These are:

  1. Future Leaders Program – Upskills to the competency level of or equivalent to a Duty Manager or Supervisor
  2. People Leaders Program – Upskills to assist in the transition of leading self to leading others

Granting your
learning wishes

We grant the learning wishes of our people by offering a range of online courses and pathways through our Global eLearning Platform 'Genie’.

Much like its name, Genie has it all – from resources that our new team members need from the get-go of their TFE career, all the way through to our seasoned professionals wanting to enhance their knowledge and skills growth. Genie contains a wide range of learning and development programs from role specific skill-based development, management and leadership, brand, and services as well as a microlearning series aligned to our TFE capability framework. With Genie, the possibilities are endless!








Investing in
our People

Our people are the TFE Hotels experience and without a doubt, our most valuable investment. It’s why, TFE Hotels partner with a range of leading business schools and Universities to offer leadership development programs to nominated high performing team members across our business. Each year, we nominate participants to the Women & Leadership Australia and a range of executive development programs such as Australian Graduate School of Management General Manager Program and Torrens University Short Courses and presentation and influencing skills through NIDA.
